Class Description
District Groups District Staff and School Related Groups
Level I School or community-based organizations that provide direct services to students such as PTA, scouting and athletic programs or organizations involved in a partnership program with a school or district club or organization. Fees to be assessed when school is not in session.
Level II Not-for-profit community-based organizations such as local fire departments, hospitals, service clubs, and government agencies. Fees to be assessed when school is not in session. You will receive an email from a member of our staff to discuss fees. More information can be found in our Board of Education Policy #1330.
Level III

For-profit organizations. Fees to be charged. You will receive an email from a member of our staff to discuss fees. More information can be found in our Board of Education Policy #1330.

Group Information

*If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club, etc.), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

*Out of District Groups: Your information will be shared with the Superintendent and discussed with the Board of Education for Review.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
